Our busy schedules, environment and unhealthy diet lead us to gain excessive weight. First and foremost, eating bigger portions of meal at a time causes your digestive system to work harder to digest food. Drinking 8-10 glass of water is essential to lose weight because drinking adequate amount of water boosts your metabolism and works as a toxic cleanser that washes out waste and toxins from your body. Drinking enough water helps you while working out. Not only has this drinking plenty of water helped your body retaining water which in turn helps to drop extra water weight.
